Role Overview

Lead the charge in your assigned region by managing sales teams, developing market strategies, and ensuring our premium products dominate retail and wholesale shelves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Sales Representatives and Field Sales Officers within the area
  • Drive achievement of regional sales goals and growth targets
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability and visibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales leadership
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Proven record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams
