Role Overview
Lead the charge in your assigned region by managing sales teams, developing market strategies, and ensuring our premium products dominate retail and wholesale shelves.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Sales Representatives and Field Sales Officers within the area
- Drive achievement of regional sales goals and growth targets
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability and visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales leadership
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Proven record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams
